A highly unusual and beautifully rustic Berber kilim from Morocco’s Ourika Valley that was woven as a grain sack, with a simple and graphic colour choice of subtle and undulating brown with soft cream motifs. On the reverse the wool ground play more as a soft grey colour. It has a lovely organic presence with a sophisticated composition that relies on simple lines and geometry. It is in very nice condition, with restoration on one corner, and is woven in hand-spun 100% wool
