This circa 1960s vintage kilim or blanket-like 'hanbal' has an intricate and ornate pattern based on a classic lozenge network, filled with smaller knotted pile diamond symbols. Knotted in a hue that combines soft sun-faded salmon, smoky pink, and hints of aged tangerine, the pile symbols contain gentle lavender and faded charcoal. In good condition there are some marks from authentic use, and the rug has a lovely patina. Woven in 100% pure wool
