From the eastern High Atlas mountains this mid-century weaving may have been created as a grain bag (large weavings we folded in half and then sewn on three sides to form a carrying bag). It has been created in the soft aubergine and mauve shades that the Ait Bou Ichaouen peoples are well known for, along with tangerine, sage, and ochre in the highly unusual area of knotted pile weaving in the off-centre. There are visible repairs and along with nibbling into two corners (this has been stabilized)
