Originating from southern Morocco's hot and dry plains, this hand-crafted vintage kilim reflects the sunny and bold hues of that region. It is woven in thick mixed fibers on a fine cotton base and the bands of brightly coloured motifs, created red, yellow, sky blue, green, cream, black, and more, sing and dance. Most unusually and whimsically, the weaver has added to human forms - holding hands. This bold and original kilim is in great vintage condition with a few very subtle and light marks from its past life
