A beautiful old flatweave that has been woven in fine hand-spun wool with a soft palette of muted aubergine, russet, maroon red,  and tangerine, with cream and charcoal for contrast. A lively composition of Berber motifs lifts this vintage utilitarian sleeping mat to the level of true rural craft. In good vintage condition, with a very small area of repaired nibbling on one edge and one small and subtle mark in the white design on one side
