A beautiful, large vintage rug, tightly hand-knotted in pure wool in soft raspberry/ruby-pink tones. Its ordered - though not perfectly symmetrical - lozenge grid is finely woven in a lighter ruby-pink hues adding depth and delicacy to the design. One end is finished with a small, refined fringe that enhances its vintage character. It is from the northern central part of the Middle Atlas mountains

 In good vintage condition, this glorious rug shows remarkably little evidence of wear. There is slight fading in a few areas, a small mark, some puckering in places, and some careful repairs to the selvages; none of these detracts from its overall beauty or usability.
