An exceptionally pretty, small, and soft vintage rug from one of our trips to the Azilal region of Morocco. It has been created using beautifully fine wool and unusual geometric shapes and patterns featuring dashes of subtle pink, violet, mauve, clear blue, and gentle green on a dark cream background. This old rug is a lovely example of Berber weaving and it is rich in charm. There are some visible henna marks in this lovely rug, along with subtle pile wear in this vintage piece.
