It has been skillfully handwoven in pure, warm cream-hued wool, with the design rendered in deep charcoal wool, creating a refined sense of contrast and understated elegance. The overall impression is one of quiet finesse. This lovingly crafted piece remains in good vintage condition, with two small, well-executed repairs. There is also a subtle area of gentle hazing, showing a soft henna-toned hue across approximately 10 cm in diameter, which does not detract from the rug’s overall appeal and character.
