This original pure wool vintage carpet from central Morocco has a soft and muted colour field, shifting from warm cherry to sun-faded rosy red. The organic lozenge grid features blue and red-tinted cream wool, the blue in this case is most likely from a natural dye. The medium to low pile is silky and with a glossy lustre, and this authentic old rug has a cosy, blanket-like feel. It is in good vintage condition
