Refunds are Simple
We hope you love your Maroc Tribal rug. These are lovely vintage pieces and will show signs of use and wear commensurate with their age
If your rug is not perfect for you, you can be reassured that you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund you fully (for all purchases within the UK and EU). Sadly, we are unable to accept returns from outside of the UK and EU unless in exceptional circumstances
Please don’t put this small business in an awkward position by asking for a refund after 14 days
Items should be returned unused, in original condition, and be sent back in high-quality, secure packaging. Please notify us by e-mail or telephone that you will be returning your item
All delivery and packaging costs are non-refundable. Return shipping and packing should be arranged at your own cost and convenience, using a reliable tracked service. Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made or custom-repaired/altered rugs

Mark the parcel as a RETURN on any customs invoices. Any customs charges incurred on the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount

Where a discount has been given for a number of rugs bought together, and one or more is returned, prices will revert to the stated retail price for the purpose of refunds
Please carefully examine the description of the condition and colour before purchasing so that you have understood the condition and that you are content when it arrives. We can provide additional photos and condition descriptions for each item upon request if you are unsure or would like further information

Your online order will be dispatched within 3-4 working days and will send you the tracking details after the dispatch

EU £15 on most rugs
USA & Rest of the world: will be calculated at checkout or contact us
We can usually deliver within about 5-7 working days of the date of your order in the UK, around 7-14 within the EU and to the USA, and within 14 days everywhere else. When your order is shipped, we tell you by e-mail and give you the shipping tracking number so that you can track the progress of the delivery. We care about your delivery so we do all we can to make it easy
Our normal economy service shipping will not include a specific ‘time-of-day/timed’ facility, but let us know if you would like to upgrade to this

If we cannot deliver within good time we will be sure to let you know, and to keep you updated on the progress of your delivery. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for the delay in delivery arising out of any cause that is beyond our control
Duties
Shipping costs do not include any customs duties or import taxes that you will pay if you are outside of the UK. Sales tax and duties are now payable by EU customers due to Brexit. Please take extra care to find out about such payments
