ORDERING AND PAYING
All our items are sent from the UK and we can ship worldwide. We use our other home in Spain to make frequent trips to Morocco to find vintage items. And we keep our prices down by selling on this web site - we believe that we offer some of the very best prices for authentic vintage tribal textiles.
HOW TO BUY
We encourage you to contact us to check a piece is still available before you buy online, and so that we can send you more photographs of the piece you like.
We are happy to exchange any piece if it's not exactly what you wanted.
To buy using the website:
1. Find the piece you wish to purchase.
2. Click the 'Buy' button.
3. If you then want to make another purchase simply back tab or follow the link on the left back to the page you want to buy from. Select your next item.
4. After your last purchase, chose the 'Shipping zone' (where we are sending the rug or textile to) then press 'Go' next to the words Postage, to see the final bill with shipping costs. Make sure you are happy with the details and that you have the rugs you selected, fill in any information the page requires, and click the 'Checkout' button. Click the 'Recalculate' button if you have changed any order information.
5. At the next page, fill in your details (such as address and so on), select a payment method, then click the proceed button.
6. Depending on what payment option you have chosen, you will be taken to a new page where you may finish inputting your payment details. Paypal is safe and secure and you don't need to sign up to it to pay by credit or debit card through it.
PAYING
We accept:
**Anyone with an email address can pay securely online using PAYPAL - just follow the link once you have placed your order. Please ensure that you fill in your POSTAL ADDRESS on the Paypal site as well as on our online order form. Paypal is a secure payment site. We do not ever see your credit or debit card details. You do not pay Paypal any fees to send us money.
**You can pay by UK cheque. Just print off the order form that will display when you buy onine and send it to us, at the UK address shown, with your cheque. Please make cheques payable to M Rachidi.
** You can make a direct transfer in sterling or euros to our UK or euro bank account. Contact us on info@maroctribal.com for details.

The buying price does not include any import taxes applicable in non-EU countries. PLEASE check what duties may be payable within your own country, and make sure you are happy with these.
SHIPPING
We can delivery to most countries in the world. We cannot post to PO Boxes. All our rugs and weavings are sent from the UK. That's where you can contact us by telephone too, on 01621 782090.
We use parcelforce service for UK delivery and courier services elsewhere. You will usually have your item within 7 days of purchase.
