ORDERING AND PAYING
All our items are sent from the UK. We use our base in Spain to make trips to Morocco, and keep selling costs down by mainly selling on this web site. We believe we offer some of the very best prices for vintage tribal textiles. Don't forget that these are original old pieces so may have some wear.
HOW TO BUY
You might want to contact us to check a piece is still available before you buy online. Then:
1. Find the rug or weaving you wish to purchase.
2. Click the 'Buy' button.
3. If you then want to make another purchase simply back tab or follow the link on the left back to the page you want to buy from. Select your next item.
4. After your last purchase, chose the 'Shipping zone' (where we are sending the rug or textile to) then press 'Go' next to the words Postage, to see the final bill with shipping costs. Make sure you are happy with the product details and that you have the rugs you selected, fill in any information the page requires, and click the 'Checkout' button. Click the 'Recalculate' button if you have changed any order information.
5. At the next page, fill in your details (such as address and so on), select a payment method, then click the proceed button.
6. Depending on what payment option you have chosen, you will be taken to a new page where you may finish inputting your payment details. Paypal is safe and secure and you don't need to sign up to it to pay by credit or debit card through it.
PAYING
We accept the following forms of payment:-
**Anyone with an email address can pay securely online using PAYPAL - just follow the link once you have placed your order. Please ensure that you fill in your POSTAL ADDRESS on the Paypal site as well as on our online order form. Paypal is a secure payment site. We do not ever see your credit or debit card details. You do not pay Paypal any fees to send us money.
**You can pay by UK cheque. Just print off the order form that will display when you buy onine and send it to us, at the UK address shown, with your cheque. Please make cheques payable to J Coombes.
** You can make a direct transfer in sterling or euros to our UK or euro bank account. Contact us on info@maroctribal.com for IBAN details and to agree the exchange to euros, if necessary. If you have seen a particular item and you are want to use a different form of payment, please contact us on the number or email shown below to discuss this so we can try to help. Thank you.
The buying price does not include any import taxes applicable in non-EU countries. You will need to pay these youself.
SHIPPING
We can post to UK, WESTERN EUROPE,CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NZ and THE USA. We cannot post to PO Boxes. All our rugs and weavings are sent from the UK. That's where you can contact us by telephone too, on 01223 364 045.
We use parcelforce service for UK delivery and DHL courier services elsewhere. We will send it to you within 5 days of clearance of payment and you will usually have your item within 20 DAYS of purchase.
